According to this article, Vectrix claims that it will be marketing a new small motorcycle called the VT-1. It will be designed for in-town commuting use and will have replaceable batteries and a top speed of 55 mph. Here is a link to the story:

Don't be fooled by the attached photo, that is of their concept electric super bike that never went into production (too bad about that). My guess is that the VT-1 will not be sold in the U.S., as I don't think there is much of a market for 125cc-class motorcycles in this country.

That superbike may actually go into production. There has been a bit of speculation after the design studio (robrady) took it on tour late 2012 to raise funds and pre-orders. They also did some 3D printed mock ups of the bike.
This Belgium site claims 75% of the minimum required 200 pre-orders have been sold. Other sites mention a €25.000,- price tag
