So very silly on so many levels.

Still, it will be interesting to learn more about that rear wheel hub motor design and how it affects handling.
Once you go EV, gas is history!
-
Also note the front lever-arm suspension. That is tough to set up and maintain and is likely to make the handling kind of weird. Yamaha didn't stick with that design for more that a year or two with their 1000cc sport-touring bike from the mid-1980's (if I recall correctly).
I also am not too sure about the sitting position. It looks too much like riding a plastic horse.
Finally, if it was painted red and white, it might look like a lady bug. ;)

Kind of looks like a bull to me. Paint it brown and put a bull head on it. Then ride it with one arm up in the air.

Here is another report on the Johammer J1:

Other than looking ridiculous, isn't it optimally designed for maximum aerodynamic drag? And also for minimum ability to avoid sliding up into the deely boppers during braking maneuvers?
While I'm at it, how does the thing actually steer? The stalks that the hand grips are connected to can't move back and forth, they can only twist. I'm guessing that they are linked under the body work to twist together, but your hands would still each be experiencing a different "center of rotation" unlike a traditional bar or clip-ons...

Here is a very short video of the Johammer being ridden though some snow: http://www.autoblog.com/2014/04/24/johammer-ev-motorcycle-video/ (http://www.autoblog.com/2014/04/24/johammer-ev-motorcycle-video/)

This article says that the Johammer J1 is going into production. It includes a number of photos, along with two paragraphs about the bike that repeat over and over:
