Brammo Enertia Servicing / B55 error code. "Battery Fault: SOC mismatch >30%...Contact Brammo Service"

Please help me with this error code B55. Bike not functioning. screen now black.
Have attempted to take apart but batteries and electronic board very intimidating.
I live in Seattle area but would be willing to consider Oregon service.

Welcome Forum / Need Brammo Plus sprockets

Hello.
I live in Edmonds Washington and love my 2013 Brammo Enertia plus and need replacement sprockets asap.
Can get chain and tires but sprockets don't seem to be available.
Anybody with offers or ideas? :)

Do love my commuter 2013 Enertia plus bike but am not mechanically inclined and feel abandoned by Polaris/Brammo. Cannot find any service in Seattle area. New ominous noises and low speed fall and need mirror and peg.
