Brammo Empulse FAQ / Re: Empulse (R) replacement parts
« on: March 10, 2019, 07:49:50 AM »
I've got the same problem. Broke the oil filler plug/bolt. Luckily it was hollow so getting it out was a piece of cake but it's some weird bolt that I've never seen before. Next to it being hollow, it's not quite M10 thickness wise and the threads are packed more densely than M10. Anybody got any idea what it might be?

Welcome Forum / Re: New owner in the Netherland

ooooh you're going to have so much fun on that beast ;) I bought mine 2 years ago in amsterdam and it's been bringing me from home to work in utrecht ever since. Sadly broke a rear wheel bearing 2 weeks ago. Hope to get it fixed soon.

Enjoy!

Great to see people coming back to the forum to post their and issues and solutions. I have the feeling we're going to need all the knowledge and experience we can get!

And awesome of course you got it working again.

I'd love to have a service manual! I've messaged you. Anybody else here keeping their Brammo's even after Polaris has abandoned us? If so what kind of equipment are you guys using?

Brammo News And Views / Re: Victory Motorcycles winding down
« on: February 01, 2017, 03:58:36 PM »
Does any body have any idea of the support and part availability guarantees that polaris has made/will make for empulse owners? I'm very concerned by this news and I'm almost regretting not trying to sell the bike back after the first signs from my dealer of the lack of support they were getting from polaris. I made a significant investment in this bike.

After landing my first proper job I put all of my savings plus pulled more than a few favors from friends to make this idealistic dream come true only to see brammo being bought a month or two later. Now the news of Victory closing shop and Brian moving over to Zero I'm very anxious about the future. Do you think they will do some buy back program? Maybe Zero wants to help out if you move over to them?

I'd very much appreciate some answers from anybody really. I haven't tried to make any contact with polaris yet but will try to do soon.

Cheers,

A young, idealistic, "put all his eggs in one basket", e-rider.
