Check "twistedthrottle.com" They have several different models that will fit the Empulse.

Sure they have lots of windscreens available, but how do you know which ones fit?  Brammo is not listed in their shop by bike list. 

I believe the earlier Empulses had smaller handlebars than the 2014 Empulse which has 28mm handlebars that tapper before the hand grips, just to confuse the issue further.
