Brammo Empulse / Re: Not charging over 90%
« on: February 16, 2017, 05:45:43 PM »
If you press the 2 buttons simultaneously, you can see the battery voltage.
You see the maximum and minimum voltage of the pack. The maximum voltage you can pick up is 4.16v. If it is balanced the value of the lowest cell should be around 4.145v.
When the values are very different the load stops when the maximum value is reached (4.16), and then the "PPP" appears, that is to say that it is taking energy from the cells with the highest voltage, so -0.3KW appears.
When "AAA" appears it is equalizing the cells.

The BMS is continually doing this cycle. If after 30 minutes, the values remain the same, it is best to switch the charging off and on again.
If it still does not change, use the bike and try again to see if bms can solve.

good luck

My brammo already has more than 30000km, and I never changed anything in the suspension.
The manufacturer Marzocchi says that it is only necessary from the 30000km.

Brammo Enertia / Re: Clicking while plugged in??
« on: November 11, 2015, 11:32:26 AM »
I've had this click while charging, was 5 for 5 seconds, during the entire charging.
everything worked okay, just heard the click.
Had this noise for 15 days +/-, then disappeared, I do not know what happened.

I've done over 8000km without noise

nobody knows?

no one

all Brammo's users have less than 9600km - 6000mi.

weird.

I have not done six months, to ride a Brammo, and I am arrived to 9200km (5720mi), I will come next maintenance that is to 9600km (6000mi).

In the maintenance list, says to replace the brake oil, and replace the oil of the front suspension.

has anyone ever done this?
