New EU electric motorcycle regulation studies

Maybe you might know what sort of regulations these studies might lead to.  I don't have clue. EU regulations tend to give me a headache.  I have no idea how vehicle manufacturers manage to figure them out and put the requirements into production. But here is the latest news:
