I would assume it would be under or around 3 seconds. I don't see that spec listed anywhere on the page?

This particular land speed record is attempted on the salt flats, which isn't a fantastic surface for acceleration in the first place. You have plenty of time / distance to get up to speed; there's no need to rooster tail your friends starting at the start line.

Salt flats are difficult. My friend's uncle drove a push truck for their friend's car. It's all about top speed, and most vehicles there can't accelerate from a dead stop, not well enough to make records, so they push them up to a given speed with a regular truck or car. Not a good place to test acceleration.
