Wow glad your safe.  In the bay area right now we are in the 20s AQI much better.  I had a race up in Redding, CA and when you past by Willows (think Thunderhill) it was so smokey, luckily by the time I got to Redding it cleared up a little.  The Mendocino Forest is on fire in that area.

I had to evacuate my house a week ago after a few days with no power.  After a week the power was restored and were able to return.  I'm happy to report that our air AQI has dropped from dangerous to unhealthy!  It rained a lot last night, including areas of the fire to the east.  I haven't seen a fire update yet.

Glad you're safe! Scary for sure.

AQI dropped quite a bit after the rain Friday and over the weekend, down to 5-10 AQI, which is awesome. Increased a little yesterday to about 120, then dropped under 50, and it's 5 right now. Rain coming this week, hopefully to help keep the fires in check so they can start to get them under control.
