Brammo on Road Racer X
« on: August 19, 2010, 01:26:17 PM »
Mark Gardiner, writer for RoadRacerX (and many other magazines) borrowed my beloved blue Brammo about a week ago and wrote about it here:
Backmarker: Spend green, be green—a day in the life of Brammo’s Enertia “Powercycle”
I really like the fact that he ran it through its paces, and concluded:
Quote
If someone asked, “What about those electric bikes? I want to show my support for the idea and to encourage more R&D, and I think the early examples are going to be collectible, so I want one in my garage. Which one should I get?” my answer would be, “This one.”

He also posted a video review:

Notice that he included a link to the forum.

Definitely worth a read (and a watch)

One thing he mentions that I hadn't thought about: the collectible value of the Brammo Enertia.  Have any of you considered that?

That was a good and fair review in my opinion.

Yes, I think about it a lot. I had planned on keeping the Enertia awhile, but lately, I have been thinking that I could sell it and get an Empulse. I think the Enertia will have even more historical significance as time goes on.
