Brammo Empulse Mods / Alain's empulse mods
« on: September 21, 2015, 02:28:53 AM »
After doing some repair work on my empulse after a stupid accident, I decided to draw the Line a little further and modify some thing that were on my wish list since buying "my precious".
It still is a work in progress, but a few photos show the general idea. More to follow...

Brammo Empulse Mods / Empulse led tail light replacement
« on: June 05, 2015, 02:16:37 PM »
Maybe I overlooked it, but I can't find any topic nor any info on the www concerning a replacement of the oem tail light by let's say a clear lens led tail light. The wiki has some info on the enertia, but not on the empulse. Several models can be found on amazon and ebay, but which is the right one for my brammo?

Note: I'm not looking for a model with integrated signal lights, just the model with tail-, stop- and license plate lights.

Welcome Forum / Proud Brammo owner from Belgium

::)I've been riding motorcycles since 2004, starting with a 1996 600cc suzuki bandit, which was a good, but relatively heavy (in terms of weight) bike to start with. After a year or 2, switched to a 2003 sv1000s which I rode for about 10 years. But in recent years I only use my bike for commuting puposes, so I was looking for something a little less powerfull, more manoeuvrable. I actually had set my mind on a ktm 690 duke or a 796 hypermotard. While sifting the internet a stumbled upon an article on the 2013 brammo empulse r and it caught my immediat attention. Never cared much for electric bikes, but this thing was sexy as hell. So I went on looking for more info, reading bunches of articles, reviews and stumled upon this forum.

To make a long story short, after a test drive on a 2014 empulse, I immediately bought the demo bike which had a considerable discount.

Now after lurking this forum for some time, I decided it's time to show good manners and introduce myself.
So, here I am, a new member amongst the dying breed of brammo motorcycle owners.
