Quite possible the worst piece of EV journalism bar none.
One only has to read the comments that were posted on CNN or the articles on other blogs to know this really is a piece of complete nonsense. Quite why the Lou Ann Hammond couldn't undertake the most basic desk research before submitting her piece is beyond me.

Yes, I already posted a comment on this article when it appeared last week. (Thank you, Susanna Schick (aka pinkyracr) for calling my attention to it.  It really makes me wonder if the bar of being a published author on cnn/money/forbes is much lower than I ever realized.
