Hi, I've attached the image of the clutch plate. They look so close. What dimension was different, outside diameter, inside diameter?

I had emailed wemoto uk and barnett clutches, wemoto say they have nothing that matches the measurements i gave, just waiting on barnett now, but today i rebuilt the TT clutch but leaving out the badly warped steel plate and having two fibre plates together at the outer end of the pack, i wasn't sure if the pressure plate would sit 1.5mm further back but it was fine and when the clutch lever was pulled the clutch was disengaged! with no drag, next issue would be if it would slip in 1st up a steep hill, well after a test ride it did not slip at all, so I'm back on the road, ill still be researching for the clutch plates, ill update here if i find anything.
ive added a 675 triumph fairing to my TT, if i can get the image size down ill upload it here also.
thanks for your help, guys.

Sad clutch isn't fixed. The tm racing bits looked promising, all the gears in the gearbox had the right number of teeth,  the clutch basket image matched that in the service manual and even the clutch release bearing / slave cylinder seal matched up and the factory was only 60mls down the road from  s.r.m.e. Oh well, another theory gone. Hope it gets sorted.
Just looked up fairing and it looks great.

They are just a set that were the correct for fork tube diameter, they sit about 10mm lower for my liking, the handle bar tube makes contact with the top yoke pinch bolt surround.

Hi, is it a custom part or were they able to cross match the plates with something from their catalogue? Thanks

Barnets have a number of 28 tooth plates but need the TT plate to match the correct tooth shape, also I found a perfect  fit for the friction plate, its for a Suzuki part number 21441-36f00, also look better quality too.

With the help from Mike from Barnett clutches in the US, I've found the correct plates that do fit my TT, they also fit the 05-06 Suzuki GSXR1000, part numbers are 21451-41G00 for the steel plates and 21441-36F00 for the fibre/friction plates, I've only so far purchased one of each plate to confirm fitment, the fibre plates are the same thickness but the steel plates are thicker (std 1.5mm-GSXR1000 2.3mm) so instead of the 8 friction 7 steels, I'll be fitting 7 friction and 6 steel, this will add 0.8 to the complete pack compared to standard pack, I will be keeping an eye on the clutch springs when I test the action of the clutch to check the springs for possible coil bound.

Thank you for figuring that out for all of us. I was getting ready to tear in to the Brammo and see what is in it.

Hi Sean, I looked up the part no on Fowler's website here in the UK and it's available in several thicknesses. Have a look at SUZUKI GSX-R 600 (2008-09) Plate, Clutch Driven (t:1.6), 21451-41G30 OEM. The number after the G indicates thickness. They're  available in 1.6, 2.0, 2.3 and 2.6mm thick. Be good to hear if Barnett's agrees please. Check Part# 301-70-10835 on their site.

Hi All
I decided to stick with the 2.3mm as it worked out just fine, the options are there for someone else to try.
I'm waiting on just one fibre plate from a seller who has new old stock for sale, then I'm back on the road....again.
