Ted's "Power in Flux" book kickstarter request

Ted is getting started with funding the publishing of his future electric motorcycle book, Power in Flux, via a Kickstarter campaign.  You can see his proposal here:

Great, now we'll have to hear how Ted literally wrote the book on electrics next time an argument erupts  ;D J/k, looks like a great and necessary project.

wow.  I'm a little speechless.  (unlikely though that may seem... right?  8))

We hit over 25% in the first day, nearly 30%.  I've had some amazing offers, reminders and support from all over the world.  Truly inspiring.  I really want to make this an awesome project.

Some updates on the project - we broke 60% this week! 

Also, I've put together some sample spreads, did a draft of part of a chapter, and posted it to my site:
