Title: Mil-spec Zero introduced
Post by: Richard230 on May 08, 2013, 04:47:32 PM
Zero has just announced a mil-spec model for Special Forces use.  You can see it here:

This seems like a perfect vehicle for sneaking around the enemy and I think it should be a good money-maker for Zero - provided no "glitches" develop.  :-[

Except Mil-specs don't exist anymore  ;)

Very cool. I wonder if my old office at Crane had a hand in writing the SOW and buying these. Crane is one of the lead DOD battery procurement and testing facilities, and also procures a significant number of toys to special forces.

Man, I remember that Mega Force movie. It seemed so realistic on the big screen. ::)

All I recall when hearing the term "mil-spec" is $700 Air Force toilet seats.   ::)  I wonder what the government is paying for the Special Forces Zeros?
