Yes.  Fit same holes.   I had to cut and solder the wires but it was quick and easy to do.   Now doesn't sound like a jet engine when it charges.  Haven't noticed any diff in the past several months

Purchased the fan. Same size all around. Lower ampage. 

Removed the cover:



Compare the original fan with new unit.




New unit installed with original connectors.
