While you may not be all that interested in the Zero review by Mike Werner, he does ride it through some beautiful countryside in Normandy, France, during the 10 minute video near the end of his blog, and that is worth seeing.

Here is the final installment and conclusions of the French Zero test.  From what I know the reviewer seems to have hit the nail on the head, both when commenting on the 2013 Zero DS features and irritations and when discussing electric motorcycles in general.  I think Mike Werner did a very good job reviewing the bike from the prospective of an IC motorcycle owner not particularly familiar with electric vehicles:
