Ceteta 506 retro scooter
« on: November 04, 2018, 08:59:10 AM »
I guess you have to be of a certain age to really appreciate the design of this Czechoslovakian scooter, but as someone who grew up during the age of tail-fins, I would love to have one of these scooters just to see people's strange looks as I rode past them:

Interesting it has some pretty good specs.  But yeah the design is a little funky to me.  =P  I feel that these small electric scooters are going to become very popular in the future.  Especially if they can keep the prices down.

OK, Richard... I can't wait to see the looks you'll get when you pull up to Alice's for a Sunday lunch!

Hi Richard,
I'm glad you got the design of an electric retro scooter that is produced in my country!
I personally like the scooter too, but I will not buy it because it suits me Brammo Enertia + better.
The ČEZETA 506 Electric is quite expensive, but I think it matches the quality of the used components.
In the past, this scooter was dubbed the "Pig", so you can notice that the front disc brake jaws have the shape of this animal :-)
Here's the link to the official website of the manufacturer:

Thanks for the link, KaFr.  That is an interesting vehicle apparently being built by enthusiasts.  :) I hope they are successful with their venture.
