I've done a few posts on my various projects over the winter. Above is the result coming in at 440.4 lbf, 222 front 218.4 rear.
The significant mods are removing the charger and accessories, adding a 2nd liquid cooling circuit for the controller, woodcraft racing rearsets, woodcraft clipons, headlight delete, and a 36T rear sprocket, auxiliary 12v supply and option to power thr cooling circuits from AC lines. Additionally I went around and did some "right sizing" of fasteners. Besides that everything else is to meet ARHMA's rules and regs.

Brammo HAD replacement carbon panels at one point in 2013 but they were pricy and I've got a feeling gone now. Don't ask why I know this :p

More applicable for trackdays with multiple back to back sessions but this bad boy let's me cool down (or keep in the heat) of my battery pack to maximize available charging capacity and avoid thermal cutback on the circuit.

Are those the stock rims? What size rear tire are you using?
