A new UPS Zero-emission delivery vehicle
« on: June 15, 2022, 04:16:49 PM »
UPS has introduced a new delivery vehicle for city usage. It has Zero-emissions and will keep its driver fit. However, it is my guess that it won't provide much in the way of crash protection from municipal buses or soccer mom drop-offs.  See the attached article that was in my newspaper today.
current bikes: 2018 16.6 kWh Zero S, 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Classic, 2009 BMW F650GS, 2007 BMW R1200R, 2005 Triumph T-100 Bonneville, 2002 Yamaha FZ1 and a 1978 Honda Kick 'N Go Senior.

That's actually a great idea for really congested areas.  I can breeze past traffic when I ride my Light Bee in the bike lane.  When I worked at UPS they used a golf kart to deliver packages at this one community because the trucks were too big to drive everywhere.
