Anybody knows what it means?
Speedometer (and odometer) also stopped working so I think it could be related to this.

According to the manual (available online), H52 = Gear Select or Side Stand Sensor Failure.
I updated the Owners Manual wiki page to link to the online copy: http://www.brammoforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=Owners_Manual (http://www.brammoforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=Owners_Manual)

Speedsensor, in the rearbrake. I order this part 4 months ago :(

I was already thinking that it could be that sensor. Do you have a part number? It looks very similar to the Ducati speed sensors. Maybe there is a Ducati alternative that can be used?

The manual says
SERVICE REQ'D H52
But the message is
SYSTEM FAULT H52
So my guess is that it's not the same error.
But because the explanation in the manual is about sensors it makes sense that my error message is for the speed sensor.

Contacted the dealer and he confirmed that it is the speed sensor.
He has them on order already so with some luck I can have it replaced within reasonable time.

Tomorrow my speed sensor will be replaced!
Will report the result later.

Problem solved! I have a working speedo again.

Good to hear, except now you'll have no excuse for speeding.

Hi everyone, I thought I would resurrect this thread as I now have the same fault code H52 on my dash and no speed reading. After a few checks and reading other thoughts on this forum the fault appears to be the wheel sensor.
So my question, is Ducati part 55241521C, a speed sensor for various Ducati Monster bikes the right part please or should I be looking elsewhere ?
My 2014 Empulse R has done 11k miles now.
