I know the headlight is the same as the Zero motorcycle headlight it uses H4 bulbs also.
-
I believe the headlight (based on a post on this forum) is from a 2006 Yamaha MT03. It is identical to the Zero.
-
Another forum post shows the clutch and brake master cylinder are from a 2008+ Ducati Monster 696. Someone has also figured out what the clutch slave cylinder came from but I can't find that post

I know you can just throw any kind of grips you want on there but the stock grips on my Empulse TT are Spider Peak grips. Which so happens to be my favorite grip :)
Found fork seals on ebay here are the specs

Also I noticed when I rode the Energica Eva it had the Gold Marzochi forks the upgraded forks for the Empulse TT has. So we may be able to source parts for those through Energica. Does anyone know if the black and the gold forks share the same seals?
Oh I'm on a roll today I found EBC brake pads for the Empulse, the front pads and discs are the same for both sides. I've also noticed that the Empulse TT has a different rear pad FA213 VS Empulse R FA244. One ebay it list FA266 as compatible for Empulse TT. So that is kind of alarming and they do not list the discs either. So If anyone has replaced any of these components please confirm they are compatible. I've never seen an Empulse R but I'd imagine they use the same brakes? Oh yeah I forgot the TT has a different rear wheel its narrower so the TT's pads and discs may be different also. I'd imagine everything in the front is the same. It's a mystery to me...
I took the info from EBC website

Great topic!
The manufactor of the speed sensor cable? Mine broke already twice.

Cheap Cycle Parts has some OEM parts you can get for the Empulse TT. It's mostly just bolts and stuff but it does have parts diagrams which could come in handy. You can actually order the batter modules and motor assembly also.

Thank you guys for your replies. I will update the first post as soon as I am in front of a computer.

I just replaced my spare key I don't know the model of the Aprilla it was off of but apparently Ducati and other italian motorcycle use ZADI. The interesting part is when I went to get it cut the lock smiths where doubtful it would work (chip / RFID in the old key) but it did.

Handlebar switches are made bij Domino (Italy, Milan)
I think the left console is a custom 3B version

Anyone know a replacement part # for the oil plug?
-
I've got the same problem. Broke the oil filler plug/bolt. Luckily it was hollow so getting it out was a piece of cake but it's some weird bolt that I've never seen before. Next to it being hollow, it's not quite M10 thickness wise and the threads are packed more densely than M10. Anybody got any idea what it might be?
-
The plug might be a metric pipe thread. A lot of plugs that use a sealing washer use a pipe thread pitch but it is not tapered like a normal pipe fitting. It is a straight thread (both the plug and the hole) so the plug can be tightened to engage the crush washer and not seal by interference like a normal pipe plug. Any good bolt supplier should have thread pitch gauges to verify what thread you have and source a replacement plug.

ciao a tutti.
it's davide from italy.
does anybody know if the empulse tt foot shifter fits the empulse r? I fell off my bike and the it broke in the fall.

probably a ducati monster part, should be easy where you live :)
-
Same shifter. You need to look up Part#1021957, ASM-SHIFTER,FOOT
Also you'll need to press the bushing out from your old peg & the rubber sleeve...

I need to replace my shifter on my 2013 Empulse R also. Where can I get one and what are all the parts I need? Thanks

As i had a problem getting a new Speed-Sensor i was looking for alternatives.
My solution is easy and cheap as the Sensor is ~23 EUR and the 3D-Printed Adapter is <0,10 EUR
The Sensor ca be found at Conrad Elektronic (https://www.conrad.de/de/p/hamlin-hallsensor-55505-00-02-a-4-75-24-v-dc-messbereich-0-5-mm-kabel-offenes-ende-622750.html (https://www.conrad.de/de/p/hamlin-hallsensor-55505-00-02-a-4-75-24-v-dc-messbereich-0-5-mm-kabel-offenes-ende-622750.html))
I use the Sensor now since 8 Months, in Sun, Rain, and below 0 degreese Celcius, without any problems :)
Al Files can be found here: http://irq-net.de/upload/Brammo.zip (http://irq-net.de/upload/Brammo.zip)

Have Fun.

Nice where did you find the sensor?

Hi, since the link above didn't work for me, I thought I would add my STL file for the replacement speed sensor. The other file was created in Solidworks and can be modified. I set it with the hex and boss facing up, sliced it and printed it. You'll need a M6x20mm bolt and nyloc nut to hold the sensor.
