Fresh news, it seems that finally has come a container with parts of our Brammo to Europe. The gearbox of my Empulse has come to my dealer. Now we'll see when I can ride again

It's embarrassing, as more than 1 year ago polaris bought Brammo, and there is still no service guarantees.
I have very clear that never again buy a product that comes from a brand Polaris group
I am deeply disappointed with the treatment received, I took more than three months with promises of service, which are not met. I feel cheated and swindled by Brammo and Polaris.

"The only thing i know right now is that parts are in preparation at polaris.
Parts should be shipped soon. That's what they told me"
this mesage is from 14 april 2016, but it is the same answer that I gave on March 23.
This is: Hello Josep Mª(dealer of Spain) if you can tell me where it is my empulse gearshift as 13 days ago told me that came out change from USA to Germany.

There is another bike stopped by an accident waiting also parts, paying the owner, and they do not serve you.
If this next week, I don't have a positive communication that all is normalized, speak with my lawyers

I do'nt now how is the problem , it seems that it's all about the issue of the transition to polaris, and is Victory who must assume the replacement. But it is taking a long time.

2 months ago that the gearbox died, and technical service in spain inspect and determined a total change, Brammo assumed that they would send a new one, Marcin sakovski responsible for Brammo in Europe, is taking care of it, but .... and 2 months ago and the replacement does not arrive, apparently it must manage Victory but fails.
