Here is my new empulse on the showroom floor. I'm bringing it home tomorrow. That is my buddy looking hard for a reason to stop me from buying. But he could not find one.
-
Wait, what?
Did they sell you one without the gearbox? : D

So your friend is Richard230 at Scuderia West in San Franciso some time ago when Brammo had an event there?

My last email from Mr Stewart stated that deliveries "would start in the Spring". Well.. its Spring and its good to see it is happening. I await contact from the company regarding delivery so I can travel to wherever the bike is available in the United States to personally accept delivery.
-
Delivery for the Enertia Plus is starting soon, expected to start in June.
Delivery for the Empulse is TBA, but likely will start no earlier than July/August.
And that's all we know until Brammo kicks out a newsletter .. or lets slip some new information.
-
The only "new" information that I have is from an email that I got from Brammo recently, where they said that the final specs would be announced in April. The good news is that April is only 3 days away. The bad news is that it's 30 days long. I'm hoping that we get news in early April, rather than late April!
Presumably, the announcement for the specs will be accompanied by a production date.
Does anybody else have anything?

Nothing to add to this, really. Just wondering where/what Brammo Peter is up to? Isn't he in charge of keeping us informed in a timely manner? I could use any updates on tax credits for my pending Empulse here in Taxifornia. Any federal attention to EV bike credits in this election year?
The way I'm seeing it now is IF the Empulse stays closely around $14k and +/- $2.9k combined 2010 credits :D, then I'm very interested and eternally hopefull. If 14k or MORE and $0 +/- credits, then I'm walking away from the 2 wheel scene altogether. If I then somehow convince myself I REALLY GOTTA HAVE a 2 wheel machine and willing to spend 14k, then I'll probably get a Duccati. If I'm gonna risk it all, then it's gonna be on one sexy rocket! Just sayin'...... :-\

...it's pronounced "Ducati" ;)
