Post by: EmpulseRider on July 22, 2016, 10:41:25 AM
Browsing eBay for Empulse parts I ran across this:

Why is it priced so low? Arn't these suppose to be 19K? Wonder if they will take my Empulse R as trade... Those extra kWh sound nice...

I am almost tempted to hit the local Victory dealer and ask them if they could match this. I dont think they are moving many of them, unfortunately.

Got an E-mail from Victory stating Customer Cash up to $5000. On the website, choose Special Offers you will see that it applies to all dealerships. Then if you include the 10% Federal Credit & for example Cali has a $900 State Credit... in addition Through July 24 they offered an Apple Watch Sport =Þ

Relisted at $13,900... wow. And (as cybergodzilla mentioned) there is a 10% ($2000?) federal rebate on top of that.

The last line of the second listing:

"***THIS BIKE MUST GOOOO!!!***"

Do you think this dealer regrets having one on the floor? Do you think he'll order another? :'(

If it had some killer new feature that I could not live without, I would pick one up in a heartbeat. Since thats not the case, I will happily continue to tool around in my 2013 model. Saving my money for the RR, if that ever sees the light of day.

2016 Victory EMPULSE TT advertised for $12,499 in Florida, though advertised an out the door pricing may be very different.

You speak for me! I figure if I ride it until the battery pack fails and then junk it, I'd still come out way ahead, both in overall costs and in overall smiles. So far, 35K miles and no detectable range degradation.

35k miles? Amazing. I'm at 4k, but my commute just bumped up to 11 miles, so I can start piling on the miles a little bit. Plus it actually has some fun twisties, perfect Brammo commute :)
