Motor was bought from a Brammo employee to be used on a dirt bike project but it's time to focus on other projects so it's time to sell. The GVM142 is the motor used on the Brammo Empulse. The motor is used but in great condition and was inspected at the factory. Sevcon Gen 4 size 4 in good condition was bought from an endless sphere member in the Netherlands and was off of a GoVecs scooter. Could be used with the GVM142 but only with replacement encoder for UVW but could be bought from the same OEM that supplied the original
Price $950

Bikes For Sale Or Auction / 2010 Brammo Enertia parts on eBay

The link seems to be messed up but the seller is "cascadeclear" on eBay. Only parts that don't seem to be listed are frame and batteries.

Where do you live?

Massachusetts an hour south of Boston.  If I didn't live so far away I'd offer you a hand with it.

Sorry about that. Well, sort of.  I will more than likely make it work and run. Let you know. Kent

Don't be sorry, it was somewhat of a relief to not drive out to Pittsburgh. It was exciting to see a Brammo for sale after waiting over a year though.

The video didn't show the turn signal while braking. Is that a function of that light.

Not sure how much this helps but all (well, most) of the TTX parts are available in the accessories catalog. Just buy an R and all the bits you want. Off the top of my head the only thing not in the catalog would be the custom seat. Forks, wheels, shock, and even clip-ons, if I remember right, are all in the catalog.

I appreciate the info! I did see the Ohlins forks and the what are they Oz wheels in the catalog but I was trying to find out if there were any motor or battery performance modes on the TTX and or if it was somehow tuned for the track.

It seems to me that not only the brakes but the wheels, tires and forks are oversized and would drop a few pounds. I tried buying Jeff's crashed bike to mod and use as a track bike but haven't heard back from him in a while

BrammoBrian I left you a voicemail concerning the TTX. Are or were they for sale and if so what's the price and difference between it and the R. When I test rode an Empulse the dealership said that they were for sale to "teams" but don't know if that means sponsored teams or privateer club racers. Sorry I know this is off topic but I saw the TTX mentioned.

Brammo Empulse Mods / Re: Specs and measurments

Sorry I meant to post an intro, its on the demographic thread now.
Not yet a Brammo rider but test rode an Enertia and Empulse and like them both. I've been on Elmoto and Electric motorcycle forum for years by the same name.

I felt it would be useful to post the various measurements of the bikes since this is the mods page and its useful to know those things when modding a bike. Im one of those guys that when I buy a bike it typically ends up apart at some point.
