Brammo Empulse / Brammo and Polaris, they have left us alone in Europe

Brammo Empulse / Gearbox broken, where is the service of Brammo?

2 months ago that the gearbox died, and technical service in spain inspect and determined a total change, Brammo assumed that they would send a new one, Marcin sakovski responsible for Brammo in Europe, is taking care of it, but .... and 2 months ago and the replacement does not arrive, apparently it must manage Victory but fails.

Last January 16 was one year my Empulse E1. It has 12700 kms . and now that we have some more information , such as battery temperature , I wonder , what is the factor that keeps the bike in winter can'nt take the maximum speed than you can get in the summer?
The colder typically less speed , but that is the factor that prevents this ?
If for example, for 5 ° C, 70 % SOC , I warm up battery before get going at BTH 20 and at 7 kms . entered the highway , I begin to pick up speed as max. 120 km / h appears S56 red light battery , regulated accelerator, and so on until after 12 kms i leave the highway, the SOC always above 30 % BTH 23ºC. You may not take enough engine temperature? gets excess cooling temperature engine ?

Hello, I have problems lately with the gearbox, when I have to climb from second to third, especially with the cold engine. Has always been a little delicate move from second to third but is now almost impossible, I have many dead spots, and I can not go up to third gear. 11600 kms bike tine. last oil change to 9600 kms. 10w 30 castrol.Someone can give me some advice or solution?

I in my Empulse E1 by a small MRA windshield. all the most important ways is the outside temperature, if exceeding 20 ° C, . Whit outside 30ºC+ temp motor at 93ºC and Temp bateris 40 BTH and 38 BTL.
