Just saw this posted on FB.  Production ramp up in August?  Does that mean first deliveries in September?

Well, that was a very interesting article, especially the comments about Brammo building their own batteries because the couldn't get what they needed from the large, established, battery manufacturers.

Speaking of October introductions, I visited my BMW dealer yesterday (where I received a bill for $850 for performing the 24K service on my R1200R) and was told by the sales manager that BMW will be introducing their two new $10-11K 650cc maxi-scooters in October. She was not happy with that as she said that October past their prime sales season, which is during the spring and summer months.

I then asked about the BMW electric version of their IC scooter and was told that she had no idea when, or if, it might be offered for sale - but she had already taken a deposit on the vehicle.   ???
