Pretty decent review by Revzilla.  http://www.revzilla.com/common-tread/2016-victory-empulse-tt-review?utm_term=2016-victory-empulse-tt-review&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_content=stream&utm_campaign=boosted-posts

Not bad, but why, oh why, do reviewers insist on doing a review where they ride beyond the range of the bike and conclude the video with telling (or showing) the viewer that the bike MUST be put in a truck to get it back home?

Nobody, AFAIK, does that with ICE bikes, yet I've run out of gas more often than I've run out of battery.

It just reinforces range anxiety for the naive EV shopper; they never go the extra step to say that with a minimum amount of planning, and with buying a bike that meets your expected needs, range anxiety fades away much faster than your balance owed.
