The better question is: "Who wouldn't want to be a Gavin?"

:)

Yeah, I saw that and posted over on facebook...

"Everybody in San Francisco (The City) should sign up for this...
As somebody who "won" a 6 months test ride in Albuquerque, this bike is a blast to ride...and at about a penny a mile (100 miles for a buck) it is crazy not to have one for commuting."

Don Lemelin posted this on the advrider forum, and got a somewhat lukewarm reception.

He put up a great defense of it.  Especially thought this was spot on:

Last week was 21 years with the dealership and one thing that hasn't changed is that I have fun on anything with two wheels. I once knew an employee was not going to last when she dismissed all harleys as crap...
I'm fortunate to have a pretty nice collection of personal bikes and an amazing selection of demo bikes to choose from and on a daily basis the bike I choose to ride in the city is the Brammo.
Maybe it's that I've been riding bikes that make noise for over 40 years or that I find not having to shift all the time in traffic refreshing?? May just be that it's different?? Really not sure, but I do know that I have a ball riding it and for me that is all that matters..
Going to the track I take the RSV4 or the RC8R.. Going on the Sunday ride I take the Tuono V4 (fresh ticket from Easter to prove it), going to Mexico I take the 990 Adventure, gong to the movies I take the Brammo...
