Mhm, its just a short promotional video where a local tv-stations points out that a local tuning-facility (specialised on motor controll unit tuning) sells awesome electric bikes. Its made in interview style with typical questions like range, maintaining etc. So far nothing new.

The dialect is indeed quite noticeable, but not impossible to crack ;)

I once considered buying my Empulse from them, as they are the ones most near to my home. Still about 400 km away :|
