Practice for Saturday is expected to be around 8 am EST. For anybody who has access to the race schedule, the Empulse RR bikes are in "Group #3: AHRMA Groups 3 & 4".
Qualifying for the TTXGP Final is scheduled for 5 pm EST.

Looking forward to it. You havin' a good time out there?

I've been having a fantastic time. To say that the Brammo team have treated me well would be a gross understatement.
I'll be posting more photos this evening, but also tweeting photos during the day @BrammoFreepZ.

Second practice session done. Steve-o doing about 2:04, EBoz doing about 2:00.
When Steve-o got back, he reported a problem (perhaps yesterday's problem was still hanging around).
I hope they can get it fixed before the next practice today.

Steve-o's bike was experiencing cutouts during practice. A replacement controller arrived a few minutes after the second practice. They are installing it now.

Peter Anton just showed up with two Brammo Girls.
Brammo engineers installing a new resolver, which they think is the cause of the cutouts.
-
Just got done hanging out with the Brammo Team! Thanks for the hospitality!
-
Tell Peter that Gavin says hi....I would have you say hi to the brammo girls too, but I doubt they would know who I was

Official results:
1 Bostrom. 1:58.648 106.5 mph average
2 Atlas. 1:59.397. 105.832 mph
3 Himmelmann. 2:04.897. 101.171 mph
4 Morris. 2:33.732. 82.195 mph
5 Johnson. 2:50.624. 74.058 mph
Note: the catavolt had a motor meltdown during qualifying. Since they are using twin hub motors and only one of them melted, they resolved the problem by turning off the melted one and only using the working motor. That will take them out of competing with the Munch bike, but they will still be in the race and can compete against Johnson who's on a modified Zero.

Really sorry to hear about the Catavolt team problems, they are doing such a great job on their low budget and daring hub motor concept!
