I wonder what that bolt is for. Easy access to the battery charger, or a hard point that we can mount things (like fairings) on?

I don't know if it is big enough, but it would be a nice area to attach a tank net to...

minus the hooks...

Okay, Gavin, if you can break, so can I...

The clue photo is not on their Facebook page, but that is where the hunt begins.  If you are searching Facebook for a photo of the new bike you won't find it.  You have to read the clue and then know what you are searching Facebook for that isn't a picture of the new bike (and be able to recognize it from a thumbnail - unless you want to get popcorn and do their full family history slide show) and then once you find that you should be able to find the real clue...

OMG Finally!!! Looks like we are going to see a more radical change than I thought. At least the tank looks very different. I tried to take a shortcut through the photo gallery and there are no comments on that photo there, on either one.

And, this won't help you with the search, but they just posted a photo on their Facebook page that is essentially Clue Photo #1, but Photoshopped with multiple overlapping versions of itself so it is hard to tell what you are looking at.  But, when you find the actual CP#1 then you will recognize it in the murky pixels...

Just posted another hint to another photo
Quote
Sneaking out another Empulse close-up photo and hiding it where we uploaded a bunch of TTXGP photos from last year. Hmmm, now what image hosting service was that?? Oh, yes...

This was on the Facebook page.  Not sure what image hosting service they're talking about.  (I'm not participating in the contest by the way).

I would say definitely, probably smug mug... Tons of TTXGP pics there, but I have looked through all of the galleries already... man I really suck at online treasure hunts!

I actually do NOT think it is Smugmug.  The easy way to tell is by looking at the multiple album page - it shows when the last update to album occurred.  Nothing newer than March - from the Long Beach motorcycle show.  To be sure, I went and looked at that particular album, but didn't find anything that had rapid, off-the-line acceleration.  Except my heart . . .
