Title: Sachs Service Manual ???
Post by: Roland Stone on October 04, 2014, 10:05:52 AM
Since I'm on this Sachs rampage, - somewhere in my Brammo reading I've seen reference to a Sachs service manual.  Has anyone ever seen such or know about one?  My Empulse is the first mono shock bike I've owned and with that shock resevoir sticking out there it begs the question, - is there some inspection, service, or rebuild interval required for the shock?  Have there been reported problems with the unit?  Are they durable?  And maybe a dumb question, but what is the function of the remote resevoir design and does it need any periodic attention?

Any info would be appreciated!

PS- If anyone's interested in motorcycle suspensions, found this on-line, - "The Motorcycle Suspension Bible" http://www.carbibles.com/suspension_bible_bikes.html (http://www.carbibles.com/suspension_bible_bikes.html)
