BrammoBrian on Start-ups and Customer Service
« on: May 05, 2010, 12:45:46 PM »
I know he's got to keep a lot of people (and forums) happy, so Brian gets a pass on the "loyalty oath" you all agreed to when you signed up for the forum.  What?  You didn't read the fine print?  That's what you get when you join a forum co-created by a sneaky lawyer.

Anyway, Brian had some great words of wisdom on starting up a company (Brammo-centric comments) and some clarification about who does the service on Brammo Enertias in the field.

Definitely an interesting post. Thanks Brian. Will be fun to reread in 5 years when Brammo is a giant lumbering company burdened by extraordinarily high cash flow. :D
