I like the Gerbing heated gloves, but you need a heat controller and lots of wires, along with a strategically located 12 V power socket. That puts the cost of the gloves close to $200. Once you get everything on, plugged in and the thermostat set, you can't beat them for keeping your hands warm in cold weather. They are much better than heated grips, as they keep your entire hand warm and not just your palm. Plus, you can use them for many years, even when you switch motorcycles.
I used to have a pair of cheap "heated" gloves powered by a D-cell battery located in each cuff. They worked OK when you were walking around, but were pretty much useless on a motorcycle. No doubt the technology has improved substantially, while prices have gone up accordingly.
