On page 16 of the March 2013 issue of AMA's monthly magazine, American Motorcyclist is an article titled "Electric Motorcycle Tax Break Extended" and at the top of the article is a large photo of a "Brammo Empulse R customer at Scuderia West motorcycle dealership in San Francisco". The photo shows the owner of the red Empulse standing in front of a corrugated metal roll-up door with a large black Brammo logo painted on the door. The new owner is smiling and wearing an unzipped black leather jacket with a red strip on the right sleeve. Who that?
