What is the 3kW charger used on the Empulse? 

It is very compact and I'd like to see if it can be found online and possibly used as an external charger.

I think I finally found it.  Can someone confirm that this is the charger used on a Brammo Empulse?

Thanks, the photos are very helpful! 

The specs I found online wouldn't work for my bike but fortunately they are different from the specs on the charger you posted, which would work on my bike (pretty sure).

Also. They require a can message sent to them to tell them to start charging. They're not drop in.

They have the.... 241121.111... It goes from 50-122vdc just like mine does. Its right on elteks Web page for the Ev powercharger 3000..... Justin at Evolve Electrics sells them for $1256.00

Ben,

The lowest voltage Powercharger is 25A DC output. This is comparable to two Delta-Qs, or a slightly derated Elcon 2.5 kW charger.

Also bear in mind that while the Eltek charger is very compact, it requires mounting to a cold plate to extract the heat. The bulk of the Elcon and similar chargers is heat sink, not the actual power electronics.

Thanks protomech.  It's not the size of the heatsink that is bothersome, its mostly the weight.  If I could get 2.5 or 3kW in a lighter and even slightly more compact, that would be an improvement.
