Electrics in the wild....
« on: March 15, 2014, 12:57:24 AM »
So Seal Sasa had this photo up of his enertia and an i3...

I know I do this too...I see an electric car and I take a photo of my bike next to it...I've done it with a Tesla, a Focus EV and a Zenn...

I look forward to the day when ICE bikes stop and take photos with ICE cars because it is rare...

Who is Seal Sasa?

I rather liked this shot:

I don't expect I'll see too many Fiskers in the future.

The Zero totally outclasses the Fisker, though. The car should be asking to have its picture taken with the bike...

I took this back when the wife first got the Leaf.  Of course I made some mods to the bike since then.  Maybe I should take an updated pic.

So on my commute I regularly see every possible EV there is.  The Bay Bridge in the morning is jammed with Teslas and Leafs, along with usually a smattering of Fits and Fiat 500s and RAV4s and the others.

However I have NO idea what this thing is that I saw this morning:

I tried to turn and get an angle of the front, but haha lanesplitting on the bridge is not the best time to turn around fully and face backwards.  I did however give the driver a thumbs up.  Anyone know what the hell it is?

Wow!  Definitely the first one I've seen here.  Haha they need to work on their branding; I didn't see a logo or name badge anywhere (and I played my Gopro video frame by frame).

 . . . . . man, it sure would suck to have an electric vehicle without any visible branding anywhere . . . . . . . . . .  ;)

You can read the sad tale here:

In twenty years they went bankrupt 4 times and are now out of production.
