Just had my Enertia Serviced

And they came to my house to do it. Two firmware updates and he actually retapped the magnet mount on the kickstand which lets the kickstand go up higher. David (the tech) even showed me how all the data from every time I turned on the bike is stored and can be retrieved. And eventually, all firmware updates could be done by Wi-Fi. GPS is also in their plans too.

Have not heard much about the Wifi and GPS lately. Glad to hear it is still on the agenda!

That is so Brammo! I had my bike delivered by my tech, Dave Murray. The weather was rainy and wouldnt cooperate and I was getting anxious. So, Dave picked the bike up from Best Buy and carted it all the way to my house, at no cost to me. He even took a little test spin to make sure all was well. Then he went over everything with me so I would know how to get going. Chris Hertz from Best Buy, set it all up..just because he couldnt stand to listen to me whine anymore. All these guys were great.
