Brammo dealers- parts and service
« on: August 07, 2015, 03:40:58 PM »
Just called up me local dealer, since my tranny decided to spring a small leak. Figured it's time to do the recall anyway as well as upgrade the firmware. Anyway, it's business as usual for them, said they're still getting parts and warranty reimbursements. In case anyone was wondering.

Well my dealer is clearly not getting the same attention, because it's now been nearly 2 months since I reported my radiator leak and it's still not replaced. -:(

Quick update, the parts just came in. So exactly a month. Not exactly great, but not catastrophic either. Bringing it in on Saturday.

I just ordered a new brake pedal and my dealer quoted 1 week for ordering it from Brammo.  Even if it ends up taking a month, it will take that long before my hand fully heals so either way I'm not going to be on it until the end of the month.

Meanwhile I have to decide if I'm going to replace the mirrors with stock or something new...

Unfortunately Scuderia in San Francisco will no longer be doing work on the Brammo-est parts of the Empulse.  They'll do tires, brakes, chains, etc. . ., but not anything that requires Empulse expertise.  The people at Scuderia didn't know to whom the torch would be passing.

I can still order parts from them, and did so a week ago.  The part isn't here yet, which already signifies a change from the old order, as Brammo used to get parts to Scuderia in two days, three at the most.
