This article had a photo of the Victory Empulse and it had the Victory TT bike (Rebranded Brammo racebike), but mainly talked about how electric motorcycles are finally ready for mass consumption.

I liked the photos, but found the text kind of confusing.
I guess there was a point somewhere in the article but it was a bit hard to locate.
