Good luck getting the Revolution to the market within a year any way other then as a show concept vehicle without those key people that they want to hire. You would think it would take H-D at least a couple of years to produce a new electric motorcycle, especially as I would be surprised if they used the same power train as they did in the Live Wire. From what I have heard that bike wasn't all that cheap to build and H-D would have to sell it for a lot more than most of their customers would care to afford.
Plus, I don't envy the task of their factory sales department trying to get their dealers to push the new Revolution and to train their mechanics to work on an electric motorcycle technology. That is going to be worse than pulling teeth.
This is going to be an interesting episode in Harley's history.
