Scamper Ukrainian electric motorcycle startup
« on: March 28, 2022, 08:31:42 AM »
In view of current events in Ukraine, this is an interesting electric motorcycle startup request for crowdfunding article:

And of special interest to Brammo Empulse owners, this motorcycle has a gearbox.  ;)
current bikes: 2018 16.6 kWh Zero S, 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Classic, 2009 BMW F650GS, 2007 BMW R1200R, 2005 Triumph T-100 Bonneville, 2002 Yamaha FZ1 and a 1978 Honda Kick 'N Go Senior.

Interesting I would at least donate to them.  I don't know how you'd go about registering this if they did ship it to you though.  I don't think it would be compatible with our charging infrastructure.

I like that military one =)  It even has a little power station

It's a shame the war is still going on and the indiegogo campaign didn't go well.  They can't even set up shop in Poland because Ukraine is still under martial law.  =(  I would love to buy one of these but Europe so far away.  Interesting they were talking about how the battery is constructed and it's constructed in what he calls floors.  So they're basically cells stacked on top of each other and they are modular unlike Zero batteries that are basically glued together.
