A Fresh and Easy (self-proclaimed "green") grocery store just opened up in my town yesterday. I checked out the store today and couldn't find any motorcycle parking stalls, much less EV charging station stalls. But I did notice at least two "Hybrid Only" parking spaces. That was a new one on me. However, it is possible that this store was planned so long ago that hybrids were the latest thing then and practical electric vehicles were not yet on their radar screen.

I believe they are British owned and may have gotten caught up in the credit implosion of a few years ago, which delayed the opening of a number of their stores in California by several years. Their planning approvals probably date back to the mid-2000's when the Toyota hybrid was hot and the greenest thing around.
