Free until 2012 it says in the article. That is the same as here in Amsterdam. Lots of two-weeler's charging stations but no e-bikes to charge. (Only slow scooters, but I've never seen one plugged in anywhere).
And by the time (if/when) my Enertia+ gets delivered, they will start charging (cash I mean) for charging - because I don't believe it's going to happen this year anymore.
