It is pretty interesting, but why would you fold a piece of paper 1000 times?
Is it even possible to fold the same piece 1000 times?
Or were they talking about folding and unfolding the same fold a 1000 times?
I think there was an episode of myth busters where they tried to see how many times they could fold a plastic sheet.

I think it was fold/unfold a thousand times.

It shows the durability and flex that this solar cel has over the standard ones that break if you fold them even once.
