Seems to be a one-time use URL .. says "Survey already taken" when you click it.

I do remember a poll that I took for Brammo. BTW, did they ever report the results? Where some interesting questions in there...

Surveymonkey is great, actually.  Our (federal) office uses it all the time.  It's free for some of the basic functions. One of the best features is how it handles reporting the poll results, allowing you to get down to the details or take a more general view.

I'd like to see what Zero was asking.
