Worth reading the whole thing, but I thought this was interesting:

During his time at Brammo Sai has conducted research on federal and state incentives for two wheeled electric vehicles, worked on event coordination, addressed inquiries from Brammo customers, and other valuable tasks for the marketing department. 

I wonder what, if anything, he found during the research on incentives.  I haven't seen anything change at:
http://www.brammo.com/incentives/ in a while.

I wish I could pick this guys brain on what he found out. I think my TCO app's state incentives are up to date and accurate, but there are some details that are a bit iffy.

I don't think colorado has finalized its list of ICE equivalents for the 2012 gas bikes, which it uses for purposes of calculating incentives.

True... I believe Brammo had mentioned that they were working with Colorado to iron out the details of the rebate for the Empulse. I wonder if this fellow was tasked with that.
