No need for that. Just keep a mini bicycle pump handy and fill up any time you need to.
On my RT I have an electric tire pump under the rear seat.
On the Empulse I could possible fit some spare change under the seat. I haven't checked, but I think my Fastrak toll transponder might be too big for the space there.
(Not to mention whether it would transmit properly through the seat material.)
Actually, I did top up the tires on my F650 with a bicycle pump before I sold it. It was surprisingly quick, but I used one of the standing (probably should be called "stooping") types. I'm not sure how long it would have taken with a hand pump.
